Childcare Practitioner required - full time

(37 hours a week, 52 weeks per year)

Due to a staff member heading off to a sunnier place for a new job, the Governing Board at Lowther Endowed School are looking for someone special to join our fabulous team of staff at Little VIPs Daycare:

The successful candidates will:

• Be passionate about working with children
• Be inspirational, motivational and innovative in their approach.
• Have the skills to positively promote the progress and well-being of every child.
• Ensure that children are safe and secure in their nursery environment with an emphasis on their safeguarding needs.
• Hold high expectations of children’s achievements and behaviour, with an understanding of the whole child.
• Have a high level of commitment to their own professional development.
• Be dedicated to teamwork, effective communication and wellbeing.
• Have a sound knowledge
