Little VIPs at Lowther Endowed School is looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and caring Level Three Childcare Practitioner to join our vibrant early years team. Based in the beautiful Eden Valley, our setting is proud to offer a nurturing, child-centred environment.
About the Role:
As a Level Three Childcare Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding early years education and care. You will plan and implement engaging activities, promote a safe and stimulating environment, and work in close partnership with parents and staff to support each child’s development.
Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality care and education for children aged from 9 months – 5 years
• Observe, assess, and plan activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Maintain accurate records of children’s development and progress
• Ensure the setting meets all safeguarding and health & safety requirements

Clerk to the Governors

The Governing Board of Lowther Endowed School & Little VIPs Day Care wish to appoint a high-quality Clerk to provide the Governing Board and its committees with administrative support and guidance. The successful candidate will advise the Governing Board on governance, procedural and constitutional matters; manage memberships; administer meetings; maintain appropriate records and manage information, in line with relevant legislation, guidance and best practice.
They will be reliable, flexible and able to attend meetings of the Governing Board and its committees held during the term time in the evenings.
