Otters (Yr2/3/4)

Our First Day in Otters

Updated April 2024

Welcome to Otters,

We have 14 children in Otters and we are a mixed Year 2, 3 and 4 class.  Mrs Thomas teaches us on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, whilst Ms Thwaites teaches us on Thursdays and Fridays.  Mrs Pinkerton and Mrs Gill support the class during the day.  We really enjoy working hard and enthusiastically but we also like having great fun, linking our topic to lots of areas of the curriculum.

We are positive, happy and always do our best.

Our classroom enables children to work independently, in small groups and as a whole class.  There are areas for continuous provision and everyone has the responsibility of looking after each other, our resources and the class / school environment.

Our main priority is to work hard as a team, to actively listen and ensure the classroom is a lovely working environment where we can succeed with our learning and progress.  You can also look at our Facebook page for updates, where you can see exactly what we have been up to during our fantastic year together.
